BRAINBODYTALKS

Our workshops bridge the gap between cutting-edge neuroscience and real-world mental health and addiction recovery. Each session offers practical insight into how the brain responds to stress, trauma, and substance use- and how we can harness this knowledge to promote healing and meaningful change.

Whether you’re a professional, educator, caregiver, or community member, these workshops provide tools that are both science-backed and deeply human.

CONVERSATIONS THAT REWIRE.

WHAT WE DO

A.

For treatment centres, schools, nonprofits, mental health centres, and community-based programs.

B.

Guided group programs combining brain science, practical tools, and community connection for real, lasting healing.

Do you ever wonder how fatigue addiction stress dementia mental health loneliness lifestyle is affecting the way you think, work, or show up in this world?

About Me

I’m Rebekah.

I help people use science to heal, not just survive.

BrainBodyTalks was built on years of research, clinical experience, and a deep commitment to making brain science accessible to everyone.

With the right information, shame can turn into self-understanding, and judgment into compassion. These workshops are designed to help people connect the dots, see themselves more clearly, and walk away with tools that actually make a difference.

We cannot address what we don't understand. The physiology of trauma and addiction affects more people than we realize- and still, most people aren't talking about it. That needs to change.
